1. Strengthening study programs to attain accreditation level A and, at a minimum, B, and preparing for international quality standardization.
2. Increasing the capacity of research institutions, research programs and researchers to compete nationally with the quality of research results based on PIP (Publication, Intellectual Property, and Product) that can be published nationally and internationally.
3. Increasing the capacity of community service institutions to apply PIP-oriented science and technology to improve people's welfare.
4. Enhancing organizational capacity to establish a healthy, modern, accountable, transparent, and democratic environment, fostering a conducive atmosphere for accelerating positive transformations.
