As a higher education institution, Nusa Cendana University has a very strategic function in improving the quality of human resources (HR), both for local, national and global needs. By integrating universal, national and local values, Undana is obliged to produce human resources who are aligned in meeting the needs of science and technology. Thus, in the end Undana is expected to be able to produce human resources who have a balance between the two, namely human resources who are qualified, have good character, uphold ethics, aesthetics, and have noble character. Therefore, in realizing this function, concrete, clear, directed, and measurable development steps are needed which are outlined in an Undana Strategic Plan.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
